Why do the same beans taste different across roast profiles?

Roasting transforms the flavour of coffee. A lighter roast highlights origin characteristics such as acidity, fruit and floral notes. While darker roasts develop deeper chocolate, caramel and nutty flavours. The bean remains the same, but the roasting process changes how its flavours are expressed.

What’s the difference between Arabica and Robusta coffee?

Arabica beans are known for their complexity, sweetness and nuanced flavours. While Robusta beans contribute body, crema and a stronger caffeine kick. Some blends combine both to create a balanced cup with depth, richness and character.

How important is grind size to brewing great coffee?

Grind size plays a critical role in extraction. A grind that’s too fine can lead to bitterness, while a grind that’s too coarse may result in a weak or sour cup. Matching the grind to your brewing method helps unlock the coffee’s intended flavour profile.

Orders are typically roasted, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via E-mail, SMS & WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll work to make it right.

Freshness & Shelf Life

Every batch is roasted in small quantities and packed to preserve freshness. For the best flavour, we recommend consuming your coffee within 4–6 weeks of opening. Store it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid refrigerating or freezing your coffee.
